Drawing 3D pictures.

Today we have challenged a new drawing technique by creating incredibly cool drawings with a 3D effect. Even though it seems a bit hard to be mastered, it does not require any special artistic skills. First you take a piece of paper and you place the palm of your hand and your wrist across it. Then you grab a pencil and you trace the shape of your hand. They say you should not press down too hard because later you will have to rub the lines out. Then you take a marker and you draw horizontal lines from one side of the paper. When you come to the outline of your hand, you stop your marker and add in a curve (like a bump) that runs from one side of the outline to the other - as though you were drawing a small hill. When you reach the other side, you stop the marker and carry on with a straight line to the end of the paper. The final effect is a hand rising out of the drawing! :-)

Have a look! The pictures have been drawn by students of Grade 0B.
